Identify the requirements of the scholarship for which you want to participate: It is important to understand the requirements of fellowship programs to which we aspire, there are a number of requirements that are common to all grants processes, these include: having transcripts and studies, provide a letter of admission or a letter of intent (extremely important step), letters of recommendation from teachers, curriculum vitae, among others. always keep this information handy and organized, sometimes time for calls is short.

Set a schedule: Proceedings applying for a scholarship program times are not many, but some roles may require a painstaking and time consuming processed, do not leave everything to the last hour, and if possible before seeking scholarship have those papers ready which are mandatory and common to each of the calls as noted in the previous section.

To achieve the best possible impression, follow these rules:
1. Always send a cover letterThe first rule of cover letters is ... always sends a. No matter if the recruiter did not ask for one, or you're too busy. It's a matter of education to send along with your resume, and helps you position yourself for the job.

2. It is conciseRecruiters simply do not have the time to read letters that look more like dissertations. Get to the point as quickly as possible, and divide any paragraph that measures more than seven lines digeribles.Cuando shorter paragraphs and send your email cover letter, brevity is even more important. The very nature of email asking you to be concise, in part because it is harder to read on screen than on paper. However, do not send letters of a line like this: "Please find enclosed my resume, and thank you for your time." Write a letter convincing a few paragraphs.

3. Be professional but friendlyWhile a resume is usually a formal document, cover letters give you the opportunity to show your personality. Not only want to show that you are the right candidate for the job, but you want to be liked to the recruiter. Using a fine bit of humor, combined with friendly and professional tone can help.

 4. Make it personalWhenever possible, address your letter to a specific person. If the job does not include the name of the person, investigate. Speak to the company (unless you have requested "no calls") and ask the receptionist the name of the recruiter. Use a formal greeting like "Dear Mr. Smith", not "Dear John".

5. Focus on the needs of the companyIf every sentence in your letter begins with "I" or "me", you have to change the focus. Research the company and try to understand what kind of problems are, what they seek in their employees, and what are your future goals. The most persuasive letters are those that convey what you can do for the company.

Cover letters should not have even a mistake, so read them carefully before sending. If the spelling errors is not your forte, ask someone to help you. If you're using the same letter with some changes for each position applied for, be sure that there are no data from any other company.
